Ohio-based Cintas agreed last Friday to pay $3.3 million in back wages and interest to more than 500 Southern California workers and another $3.2 million in penalties and attorney fees.

Mich. AG to give deposition in slain stripper suitDETROIT — Attorney General Mike Cox will give a deposition in a lawsuit claiming ex-Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick and others stifled the investigation into a stripper’s slaying. Friday morning’s deposition will be in federal court in Detroit.
