ROYAL OAK, Mich. — Ads promising massages are increasingly becoming fronts for prostitution, police said.
Royal Oak police Lt. Gordon Young said there’s been at least one arrest of a Garden City woman on suspicion of prostitution in recent weeks.

Young said an undercover officer responded to an ad posted by the woman, who offered to give him a massage at a business on 11 Mile Road near Woodward Avenue.
“During the course of the massage, the masseuse then offered the undercover officer a sexual act to be performed on him,” he said. “She was then arrested for prostitution and operating a massage businesses without a license.”
