DETROIT (AP) Two women have been sentenced in the beating death of a Livingston County doctor in a southwest Detroit house.
The Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office says Stephanie Cross was sentenced Tuesday in circuit court to seven to 15 years in prison. Teanna Keens received a 10- to 15-year sentence.
Both pleaded guilty to second-degree murder.
Darrell Harris will be sentenced Thursday and Kamico Jackson on Monday as accomplices. They also pleaded guilty to second-degree murder.
Authorities say 54-year-old Gary Ceresnie (sur-EZ’-nee) of Brighton picked up two prostitutes and took them to the house where he was robbed and beaten. Ceresnie stumbled to a nearby restaurant and died a short time later.
The Associated Press could not locate attorneys representing the defendants.
