Arrested Friday night on one count each of misdemeanor prostitution in connection with the operation were Jody Michelle McKinley, 41, of Gulfport; Shasta Jeanneanc Crowe, 21, of Bay St. Louis; and Shatarra Monique Rodriguez, 26, and Christina Marie Wilkins, 22, both of Biloxi.Peterson said Timothy Daniel McAllister, 26, of Gulfport, and Billy Warren Hewett, 21, of Vancleave were charged with one count each of misdemeanor aiding in prostitution. He said the two men allegedly served as bodyguards for the women.“Sometimes, you’ll have the bodyguards bring them to the rooms,” Peterson said. “They (Hewett and McAllister) were there just to drive them, make sure they did their job and drive them back.”Peterson said the alleged prostitutes are called on to go wherever a customer wants them.“They’ll go to local hotels,” he said. “They’ll come to your house.
